Jorja had come out of hospital and George was taking her on that date that he had promised her, but they had never got around to. Daisy was happliy at Marg's, while Jorja and George had the romantic evening they had been waiting for.
They were sitting at a small, round table at the window, where outside the street was quiet and peaceful. The full moon glistened above them. George couldn't imagine a better date for them. After looking at the beatiful scene out of the window, he looked back at Jorja, who was sitting opposite him, and held her hands across the table, next to the burning candle that stood between them. He didn't say anything, just smiled. It was a smile that could speak a thousand words, and only Jorja would know what those words were. It was the special bond they had.

Jorja felt so many emotions but she knew she didn't need to speak to communicate them. Smiling back at him she couldn't believe how in love and happy she was. It was like everything that had ever made her cry had been lifted away and all there was was him and Daisy. She couldn't believe he'd proposed, and she couldn't wait to marry him. "Jorja Eads..." The thought set her heart racing and made her smile bigger. "George, I love you so much." She said softly, her heart fluttering from the way he was looking at her. A few random people walked past outside and stared at them, shocked. Jorja glanced at them and laughed a little. "So when does the media get to know?" She rolled her eyes and shook her head. She didn't care anymore. The media had been all over the place when Jorja had ended up in hospital (quite a few times) and there were so many rumors flying about. But she didn't care about them now.

"I think they're got the hint, hon" he laughed, squeezing her hand tight. Her "i love you" had meant so much to him. He had heard it many times, but this time hit hid heart hardest and he was just so overjoyed. He still hadn't got over how happy he was. "I love you too." he whispered, as the waiter came over to their table. George released his eyes from Jorja's ((does that make sense? i mean he looked away lol)), as he picked up a menu. "I'll have the lasagne" he decided. "What dya want, babe?" he asked, looking back at Jorja. "Just remember, don't look at the prices, look at the food. It's all on me, you're special treat." he smiled.

Jorja grinned and squeezed his hand back. Looking over the menu, she scanned it for a moment before deciding. "Um, I'll have the "Vegetable Tempura" for starter and the "Sauteed Medley of Fresh Vegetables served in a Potato Nest" for mains please. And shall we get some champagne sweetie? Not got to worry about drinking now." She smiled. She was happy that everything was turning out alright, and she wanted to savor every moment of Daisy's childhood. The baby was getting bigger every day and she was perfect in her mother's eyes. She had her daddy's eyes, her mommy's stubborn independence, and a laugh that made Jorja's heart swell with love. She still missed Nicky, but she was determined now not to linger in the past.

"Come on, I'm not made of money!" George laughed in a way to let Jorja know he was only joking. "That'll be all, thanks." he declared to the waiter, as he nodded and returned to the kitchen. He looked back at Jorja and smiled at her lovingly. "You havin' a good time?" he asked, just to make sure. To him it was well worth the wait!

Jorja smiled and nodded. "It's gorgeous here...and so's the view."She said playfully, her smile growing. She was wearing a red dress and white heels with a matching bag, and her hair was up off her face, with minimum make-up applied. The way he looked at her made her feel loved and beautiful, and she couldn't believe how lucky she was to be marrying him, as well as having his child. ((Mine's crappy too, sorry ))

"At the hospital, I didn't really propose right, if you know what I mean. I didn't do it properly. So, -" He reached into his inside pocket and stood up off his chair, making a scene by kneeling on one knee. He didn't mind making a scene, this was one of the proudest moments of his life! Even if it wasn't exactly a 'suprise'. He smiled to himself and he popped open a tiny, navy blue, velvet case to present a silver ring with 3 tiny diamonds on the front. (come on, he's a TV star! He can afford it!) "Jorja.." he said, in a deep concentrated voice. One that he couldn't keep going as he looked down and laughed to himself at this wonderful moment. "Will you marry me?"

She threw her arms around him fighting back tears. It was a little bit of a surprise that he was proposing again, but she felt so lucky and honored that he'd felt the need to do it "properly". Laughing with happiness, she nodded. "Yes, of course I'll marry you!" She said tearfully as all the other people in the restuarant started to clap and cheer them. One of the waiters rbought over some champagne and gave it to them on the house, congratulating them. Jorja was fighting tears again as she looked at the ring George had slipped on her finger. "I think I'm the luckiest woman alive." She said dreamily, gazing across at him. God, she loved him so much.

George hugged her back in delight. He was glad to have pleased her. "I think i'm the luckiest man alive!" he agreed, kissing her. "I love you" he laughed, kissing her again, as the applause continued.
((what else cn happen? lol))
